Volunteers – front of house

We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals with a keen interest in surfing to join the newly established volunteer programme at this award-winning and vibrant heritage attraction in North Devon.

Whether you’re a student looking to gain valuable work experience, a professional looking to give something back to community projects, or actively looking to get your foot on the charity or surf industry ladder, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.

Newly recruited volunteers will help deliver excellent customer service to thousands of visitors and will also have the opportunity to get involved with marketing & events, learn about the charity sector and play their part in the UK’s growing surf industry.

Events Officer – Internship

The Museum of British Surfing is offering an internship to a dynamic and proactive individual with a project management, marketing, sponsorship, customer service and events background to help build the museum’s events programme.

This exciting opportunity will give the individual invaluable professional experience within the surfing/events/charity sector, and enable them to work closely with the Museum of British Surfing’s director, board of trustees and front of house volunteers.

The role will be based at the museum’s premises in Braunton, and may include some home or remote working.
