Deerhurt Designs Limited Edition

DEERHURST DESIGNS LIMITED EDITION

Ted Deerhurst was a pioneer in British professional surfing, with die-hard spirit and real heart.

In his passion to help others, he set up the Excalibur Cup Foundation, which raised thousands for handicapped and under privileged children. He was committed to ‘sharing the spirit of surfing’.

Australian Surfing magazine said that he had ‘a strangely beautiful surfing career’. Sadly Ted died in Hawaii aged just 40.

Only 50 of these limited edition t-shirts have been made and are a tribute to Lord Ted. He used the British lion emblem during the peak of his career in the 70’s and 80”s. The logo has been reproduced from one of Ted’s boards, look closely and you can still see lumps of wax!

The T-Shirts are only available to buy via the Museum of British Surfing and are in limited numbers, so if you want one, you need to get in early.

Logo stickers are also available.

T-Shirts are £20, stickers £2

Available in sizes: Small, Medium, Large XL and XXL

All proceeds from the sale will go towards keeping the story of Ted’s life alive and helping the Museum of British Surfing preserve and display the rich heritage and culture of British surfing.

We are happy to post out the T-shirts and stickers (at cost) if you can’t get to the museum to buy them. PM us to make arrangements.

PLEASE NOTE – before you ask, the board is not included in the sale…
